“You lack the required entitlement to use this resource”

The server key isn’t registered to the Cfx.re account that bought the script. Generate the key on the same account at portal.cfx.re  or contact us to move the asset.

“Failed to verify protected resource”

Your FiveM server artifact is too old. Update to the latest recommended artifact.

The UI doesn’t open / is blank

• Make sure you didn’t rename the resource folder.
• Clear the FiveM cache (%localappdata%/FiveM/FiveM.app/data/cache).
• Check the F8 console for errors and send them to us.

Database errors on start

Run the install.sql of the script and make sure oxmysql starts before it.
